With Eran Creevy's new film 'Welcome to the Punch' having now been released. It would have been hard to have missed the huge amount of publicity out advertising the film. In addition to the release of the trailer which can be seen here via this link, we were delighted to see Punch launching an incredible amount of activity through their social media sites, plus all the very cool billboard hoardings, bus sides and taxi posters we saw in and around London and throughout the rest of the UK.
Even more thrilled we were to see that Substance Movies, a digital campaign and social media company unusually shared the main title sequence on Vimeo via Welcome to the Punch's Facebook Page as part of the build-up, prior to the films release.
Having created the titles sequences for the film, we are really excited to be able to share our sequence with you. So here for your viewing pleasure is our opening for 'Welcome to the Punch':
We are currently in development with the new identity for UK based movie and TV management and production company 42, which was launched this week by partners Rory Aitken, Ben Pugh, Josh Varney and Kate Buckley. 42 will represent a roster of actors, writers and directors which already include actors Michael Caine, John Hurt, Rhys Ifans, Rupert Friend, Paul Bettany, Christopher Lee, Nicholas Hoult, Ben Drew, Jonny Lee Miller and Jonathan Rhys Meyers as well as writers and directors Eran Creevy (Welcome to the Punch), William Monahan, Peter Cattaneo and Daniel Wolfe.
With plans to also develop and produce film and television. Founders Rory and Ben set up the production company Between The Eyes back in 2005, which is to remain as a production label for certain titles under the 42 banner. Their latest project 'Welcome to the Punch' starring James McAvoy and Mark Strong, which we created the titles for releases in the UK and US March 2013.
Here below is the release poster for 'Welcome to the Punch':
We wish them all every success.

The red carpet gets rolled out again for the 65th time for Cannes Film Festival. This years is set for another hedonistic two weeks with probably too much Rosé. Soho is now official empty with many escaping the constant pouring of rain to soak up the mediterranean sun. Now's the time to book a table at Soho House! It doesn't look like much for the English to shout about this year accordingly to what is in competition for the Palme d'Or (Golden Palm).
I will be keeping a look out for any hot news of the week.
