This lengthy opening sequence integrated original news footage, degraded and treated, to set the scene and lead the viewer from period archive to the filmed drama.

The mood is set by looking at how the original images are mediated and disseminated in newsprint and newsreel. Washed over this in a pop-art way are the vibrant colours of the 1960’s, bleaching out at times like the burned out colours at the edge of old Kodak film stock.

One of the many films we've had the huge pleasure of producing the title sequences on for Stephen Frears. And an absolute delight in working with Tracey Scoffield, Frank Doelger and David Tanner at the award-winning independent production company Rainmark Films.

Muhammad Ali's Greatest Fight, produced for airing originally on HBO, outlines Ali's biggest match of his life - his controversial fight with the US government. A film about politics and hubris surrounding the Vietnam War and the revenge exacted on America's greatest sportsman of the 20th century because he refused to fight in that war.
